Need a Career Change? Maybe not.

Are you ready for a change in your career?

Do you get up each day dragging yourself to your cubicle or your workstation wherever that may be and suffer through the day?

That feels terrible!!! I know I have definitely been there. Most of us can identify with staying in a job just for the money but doing that brings desperation, sadness and let's face it - you feel stuck and don't know how to get out!

Sometimes we change our job thinking that the new job is going to bring us happiness and fulfill all of our dreams, and it may for a little while. But a few months later we find ourselves wanting more change or yet again a better job.

A new job will not bring you complete happiness or personal fulfillment. It is how you approach the job, the people, tasks, the way you live your life outside of your job that will bring happiness and fulfillment.

Getting a new job that is aligned with your passion, interests, skills and talents is fantastic and is possible!! I wish for you these things in your career but try to focus on how you do things rather than what you do in your job and you might find that your current job actually isn't so bad after all. And if you still want to change your job, you will be operating from a much more positive place and the greatest job will land in your lap!

Best wishes to you today as you work through this Friday!
